Shipping & Returns
Our normal shipping time is within 72 hours (this is when your order is processed, and does not include weekends). Please allow a few more business days for your order to arrive to you. We ship UPS Ground from Atlanta, GA. larger items may ship directly from the factory and smaller items usually ship from our warehouse.
Shipping
1) Standard Delivery - It usually takes 7-18 business days to arrived at your door since we sent your parcel to you.
2) Faster Delivery - It usually takes 5-7 business days to arrived at your door since we sent your parcel to you.
All orders received will be shipped on the next business day where we have stock available. For all orders, where we do not have stock available, we will not charge your credit card until the day of shipping.
If your item is not available from stock, you will receive an email, no later than the working day after your order, confirming the estimated ship date. Once the item is shipped, you will receive an email giving details, including the expected delivery date and the shipping method.
For large orders, at our discretion, and for any orders outside, we reserve the right to make additional security checks, for which purpose we may contact you via email. In certain cases we reserve the right, at our discretion to charge your card up to 7 days before shipping, in order to verify the payment. You will be informed if these procedures affect your order.
We'll estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping-date estimates will appear in the order form. After you've placed your order, you'll be able to see both shipping- and delivery-date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail, as well as in the relevant order summary on the Your Account page.
Please note: Manufacturer Direct items cannot be expedited. Special Event Items can be expedited, however, your order will be held until these items become available. Selecting an expedited shipping method will only expedite your package's transit time once your order ships from our facility, not the time it takes for the items to become available.
There are many warehouses in many countries. The majority of our orders ship from our shipping facilities located in Florida,Australia,Canada and China. However, some items may ship directly from our manufacturer.
Returns Policy
Due to the fact that our items are bought over the Internet, cannot be tried on ahead of time and are bought unseen, we have developed the following returns and refund policy for customer service purposes. Of course, we hope that you are happy with your selection. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, our return and exchange policy is as follows:
Note:For order cancellation, please inform us in 24 hours to cancel your order, or we will do not receive your cancel requirement.
Return
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. Please contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Otherwise the items will be returned to you. We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.
Please contact us for the returning address, which is different from the address on the parcel we send to you.
Exchange
We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of the original order dispatch date. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you. If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund (as pre Return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer. Email us firstly for the returning address as well as a return authorization without which returns are unacceptable. Customers are responsible for all the shipping charges during the whole exchange process. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable postal service. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage during the return process. Please be aware that we will ship out the replacements only after your returns have been received.
If you'd like to cancel or change your order please contact our customers service as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched we can't refund unless there's something wrong with our products when you received the package.
